CATTLE DELIVERY - MONDAY or WEDNESDAY - Must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
PROCESSING METHOD - All bodies tender stretched and electrical stimulated as per MSA Standards.
PACKAGING - Bulk packed per cut, sliced, packed in labelled plastic bags, new cartons.
MEAT PICKUP - FRIDAY MORNING (Following Week) - BETWEEN 6.00am - 10.00am
PAPERWORK - NLIS Tag and NVD must be supplied
PRICING - From 01/01/25 the price for Private Processing is $2.65 kg (Hot Standard Carcase Weight).
